What’s the minimum order for custom folders?
Just 10 folders for $81 — one of the lowest minimums in the country. Most online folder printers require 50, 100, or even 250. We don’t, because we own our press and can run small batches without losing money on setup.
Can I print custom folders with my logo?
Yes — that’s what we do all day. Upload print-ready artwork (PDF preferred) or use our free templates. Edge-to-edge full-color CMYK on 14pt C2S, with business-card slits on both pockets at no extra charge.
How fast is your turnaround?
Standard is 2 business days from approved artwork. Same-day rush available — order and approve before noon Arizona time and your folders ship today. We control turnaround because we own every step.
What’s the difference between 14pt and 16pt cover stock?
14pt is our standard — rigid, professional, the right weight for most orders. 16pt is two points heavier, which feels noticeably more substantial in the hand. If you want a folder that says “premium” the moment someone picks it up, 16pt is worth the upgrade.
How do I choose between gloss, matte, and spot UV?
Gloss is the default — bright, vibrant, affordable, works for most brands. Matte is better when you want the folder to feel premium or when your brand uses dark colors. Spot UV makes one specific element stand out dramatically against a matte background.
Are you really G7 Master Certified?
Yes. G7 Master Certification is the print industry’s highest standard for color consistency, awarded only after independent third-party verification. Your brand colors will match from your first 10 folders to your ten-thousandth.
Do you blind ship for resellers and agencies?
Always. Every order ships blind via UPS by default — no Wholesale Pocket Folders branding, no return address linking back to us, no packing slip with our logo.

What size are custom presentation folders?
Our standard is 9″ × 12″, which holds 8.5″ × 11″ letter-size paper with room for inserts. We also make legal (9″ × 15″), landscape, 6×9, 4×6, tri-panel, and high-capacity. See the size chart above.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Print-ready PDF (preferably PDF/X-1a or X-4). We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and high-res TIFF. CMYK, 300 DPI at final size, fonts embedded or outlined, built on our free templates with proper bleed and safe zones.
Do you offer wholesale folder printing for resellers?
Yes — it’s literally our name. Print brokers, agencies, designers, and resellers buy direct at wholesale rates. Trade accounts include automatic blind shipping, dedicated rep, volume discounts, and Net 30 billing for qualified accounts.
Can you match my exact brand color (Pantone)?
Include the PMS (Pantone) code in your file or note it on the order. Our G7 calibrated press will hit the target as closely as digital printing allows. For critical color matches on large runs, ask about hard-copy press proofs.
Can you insert business cards or brochures before shipping?
Yes. We can print and pre-insert business cards, brochures, datasheets, and other collateral into your folders before shipping. Ask your rep when placing the order.
How long do custom printed folders last?
A laminated folder looks new for years if stored flat. The S-01E Economy is built for one to three years of regular handling. Premium 16pt with lamination handles five-plus years.
Can I cancel or change my order after submitting?
If your job hasn’t started printing, yes — call (602) 233-1111 immediately. Once the file is imposed and on press, changes aren’t possible. The earlier you call, the more we can do.

About 95% of every order we ship runs on our standard 14pt C2S cover stock. It’s the right weight for almost every use case. 16pt is available as a premium upgrade when the folder absolutely has to feel expensive — but most customers don’t need to think twice.
14pt C2S Cover
The industry default and what almost every order ships on. Rigid, professional, holds shape under handling, and prints sharp full-color on both sides (C2S = coated 2 sides). Add gloss or matte laminate to upgrade the feel without changing the stock. If you’re not sure what to pick, pick this.
Best for: Sales kits, real estate, agency deliverables, healthcare, education, events — basically anything.
16pt C2S Cover
Two points heavier than standard. Worth the upgrade when the folder absolutely has to feel expensive in the hand — investor kits, executive proposals, luxury brand presentations. Pairs perfectly with soft-touch matte or spot UV. Roughly 5% of our orders go this route.

How to Design a Custom Folder That Actually Converts
A custom folder isn’t a brochure — it’s a physical handshake. After 40+ years of printing tens of thousands of folder designs, here’s what separates the ones that get kept on a desk from the ones that get thrown in a drawer.
1. The front cover does one job
Make them open it. Stop trying to cram your entire brand identity onto the front. The front only has to communicate who you are and create enough curiosity that someone opens it. Logo, tagline, one striking visual. Phone, address, URL belong inside.
2. Build for bleed and safe zones
The #1 reason orders get held up. Extend your design 1/8″ past the trim line on every edge (bleed). Keep critical text at least 1/4″ inside the trim line (safe zone). Use our free templates and you can’t get this wrong.
3. Pick a finish that matches your voice
A law firm in soft-touch matte says “discreet and serious.” A car dealership in gloss says “loud and confident.” Choose deliberately. Gloss is the safe default — works for 70% of brands.
4. The inside is not throwaway space
The inside-left panel is where most folder designs go to die. Don’t waste it. Put your tagline there. Value props. A QR code. A list of services. You’re paying for edge-to-edge color on both sides — use it.
