Presentation Folder Features
Files
File upload will appear after checkout. If the files are large you can email us a dropbox link to prep@candoprinting.com along with your order number and contact info. The pricing that you see on our website does not include design. If you need us to place a logo we are happy to do so free of charge on an all white folder. Anything more you may want to contact a designer. We want a PDF built in CMYK at 300DPI with 1/8" bleeds.
High Quality Print
All of our presentation folders are printed on G7 certified offset presses. You can rest assured you will always get the best quality pocket folders possible.
Pockets
Our presentation folders come with many slit options. You can pick from multiple horizontal or vertical card slits, even a brochure or disk slit. Need a custom slit? No problem, select "custom slits" above!
Color
We offer full color and PMS spot color options on almost every presentation folder. Ranging from 1/1 to 5/5, you can always get the perfect color you're looking for. We also offer ink coverage options that get you the most accurate folder pricing possible.
Paper Stock
Our base price includes 14pt C2S House stock. We like to offer a sturdier presentation folder that will hold up to use without making you pay for an upgrade. For the person who knows what they want however, we offer 12pt, 14pt, and 16pt paper options.
Coatings
Coatings are what finish off a presentation folder and make an impression. Our preferred coating is gloss. It is similar to aqueous coating. We also offer dull, satin, flood UV, spot UV, soft feel laminate, and more! Flood UV will show fingerprints so please keep this in-mind when ordering.
Turnaround
We offer some of the industries best turn times. Just take a look! Our standard turn time is 2 business days, the 1st business day starts the day after proof approval. Next-Day and Same-day orders need to be placed before 9am PDT along with files uploaded to the site. We open at 9am and PDF proofs will be emailed from prep@candoprinting.com by 10am for approval. Same-Day / Next-Day folders only go up to 1000 quantity printed in 4color. Examples: If you place an order at 1pm on Monday and need it to ship out on Tuesday you can select Next-Day. If you place an order after 5pm on Monday (we are closed) and need the job to ship out Tuesday then its now considered Same-Day. If you place an order on Monday at 10am and select 2day turn the job will ship out on Wednesday. We'll be shipping out your presentation folders when the other guys would barely be getting around to preparing your job!
Shipping
Everything is blind shipped. We can ship to you or your customer. We never put any of our contact info in or on the boxes. Orders of 100 or more pocket folders are double boxed. We ship via UPS. No Fedex or USPS. We do NOT accept UPS account #’s. If you select “ Supply shipping label" at checkout you will need to email us your PDF UPS label to accounting@candoprinting.com. We fit 250 14pt C2S folders in a 18x12x10 box that weighs 43lbs (1000 folders would be 4 boxes).
